Trails
and forestry:
The trails that intertwine the open land and the wooded
forestry at Rolling Brook are lined with nature at its best.
This 64-acre trail system invites various activities
throughout the four seasons. In the spring, walking, hiking,
biking and ATV riding are just a few of the experiences one
may enjoy. As the activities spill into the summer months,
one may find him or herself amidst the natural flowering and
growth of the land, affording the possibility of seeing both
flora and fauna flourishing in one of Maine’s most beautiful
areas. Autumn in Maine is unsurpassed, and, in Raymond, the
beauty abounds. Rolling Brook surrounds its homeowners with
Maine’s foliage with its striking trail system. When winter
approaches, the trails become a wonderland of snow, and,
once again, activities abound. Snowshoeing, cross-country
skiing and snowmobiling are just a few of the activities
that one may find possible as the snow falls on the grounds
of Rolling Brook.

Nature:
The homes at Rolling Brook are surrounded by Maine’s
native deciduous and coniferous trees. Harmonious
groupings of pine, oak, spruce, maple fir and birch
trees are simply a sprinkling of what one might find
sprawling over the land. In addition to these majestic
varieties of trees, the land is lush with an assortment
of indigenous Maine wildflower. There are fern and moss
and, of course, wild blueberries dotting the landscape
to name a few. Among these wild treasures of Maine,
there is also the wildlife. Deer and rabbit live in
harmony with the many varieties of birds that inhabit
the forest at Rolling Brook. Yes, even the occasional
moose has been spotted in Raymond! |
