This 64-acre trail system invites various activities throughout the four seasons. In the spring, walking, hiking, biking and ATV riding are just a few of the experiences one may enjoy. As the activities spill into the summer months, one may find him or herself amidst the natural flowering and growth of the land, affording the possibility of seeing both flora and fauna flourishing in one of Maine’s most beautiful areas. Autumn in Maine is unsurpassed, and, in Raymond, the beauty abounds. Rolling Brook surrounds its homeowners with Maine’s foliage with its striking trail system. When winter approaches, the trails become a wonderland of snow, and, once again, activities abound. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling are just a few of the activities that one may find possible as the snow falls on the grounds of Rolling Brook.

Nature:  The homes at Rolling Brook are surrounded by Maine’s native deciduous and coniferous trees. Harmonious groupings of pine, oak, spruce, maple fir and birch trees are simply a sprinkling of what one might find sprawling over the land. In addition to these majestic varieties of trees, the land is lush with an assortment of indigenous Maine wildflower. There are fern and moss and, of course, wild blueberries dotting the landscape to name a few. Among these wild treasures of Maine, there is also the wildlife. Deer and rabbit live in harmony with the many varieties of birds that inhabit the forest at Rolling Brook. Yes, even the occasional moose has been spotted in Raymond!
